Enrollment Pathway at Nightline Air

Enrollment Pathway at Nightline Air

Key Phases to Ensure You’re Ready to Start Flight Training

Phase

1

Take some time to review Nightline Air’s training programs, course options, and student resources before your consultation.

Doing a little bit of research in advance not only helps confirm that flight training is the right path for you, but also ensures our meeting can focus on your individual goals and questions specific to you.

Phase

2

Set up a one-on-one consultation with an Enrollment Specialist. This meeting is your opportunity to discuss program details, daily training expectations, and what it takes to be successful during your training experience.

You will also receive a personalized training cost estimate tailored to your specific goals and starting point.

Phase

3

Once your consultation is complete, the next step is to gather the required documents and finalize your enrollment.

This is done by completing our Enrollment Application, which ensures we have all the necessary information to verify eligibility, confirm program placement, and prepare you for orientation.

Phase

4

After completing all required items, you’ll schedule an orientation date to commence training.

During the orientation, we will review your Training Agreement, Account, discuss policies and expectations, meet your assigned flight instructor, and ensure you are fully prepared to begin your training journey.

Phase

5

With orientation complete, you are ready to begin your flight training at Nightline Air.

This is the exciting moment where your goals start taking shape in the airplane and classroom. We are committed to providing the tools, guidance, and encouragement you need to succeed.

Let Your Dreams Soar!

Students are required to obtain an FAA Medical Certificate (First, Second, or Third) prior to official acceptance into a Nightline Air Training Program. Students enrolling in the Airline Career Development Program are required to obtain an FAA First Class Medical Certificate.

Please Note: It is important to ensure the name and address on your FAA Medical Certificate and application match exactly with the name and spelling on your driver’s license. Your documents must reflect your full legal name and your current legal address. Having documentation that is mismatched may delay or disqualify your training and testing by the FAA.

We strongly recommend scheduling an appointment with an Aviation Medical Examiner (AME) before enrolling at Nightline Air. This helps ensure that any potential health concerns are addressed early and allows time to secure an appointment if availability is limited.

Please follow these steps to secure an FAA Medical Certificate:

  1. FAA Designee Locator: https://designee.faa.gov/designeeLocator
  2. Under Designee Types, select “AME”, then choose “Location Search”.
  3. Fill out a MedXpress Application before going to your appointment: https://medxpress.faa.gov/MedXpress/Disclaimer.aspx

This is a one-time requirement that must be completed before orientation. Please bring your original document to your Enrollment or Orientation day before beginning training.
