Nightline Air Airline Career Development Program is a full-service training pathway designed to take students from no flight experience to becoming competitive, airline-ready pilots. This structured program includes every rating and certificate needed to launch a professional flying career — Private Pilot, Instrument Rating, Commercial Pilot, Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), CFI-Instrument (CFII), and Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI).

From day one, students receive personalized instruction, hands-on flight training in modern aircraft, and access to experienced mentors who guide them through each phase of their journey. The curriculum focuses on building strong foundational skills, safety awareness, and professional flight habits. Once certified as instructors, students have the opportunity to gain paid flight hours by working at Nightline Air, building the 1,500 hours required for airline employment.

The program also includes career development support such as interview preparation, résumé building, and networking opportunities with regional airline partners. With a reputation for quality training and individualized support, Nightline Air helps students not only meet the technical requirements for an airline job but also stand out as polished, confident professionals.

Whether you’re just starting out or changing careers, the Airline Career Development Program at Nightline Air offers a clear, supportive path to the cockpit of a commercial airline.

Ground School

The ground training portion of Nightline Air’s Airline Career Development Program builds a strong foundation of aeronautical knowledge from day one through advanced instruction. Students begin with the basics of flight theory, navigation, weather, FAA regulations, and aircraft systems during Private Pilot training, then progress into advanced topics such as instrument procedures, commercial operations, and multi-engine systems. Emphasis is placed on understanding complex scenarios and making sound aeronautical decisions. Each course stage includes classroom instruction, scenario-based learning, and thorough checkride preparation. Students also develop the skills needed to teach others during their Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) ground courses. Throughout the program, Nightline’s experienced instructors provide mentorship and real-world insight, helping students develop the knowledge, communication skills, and professionalism expected in the airline industry.

Flight Training

Flight training at Nightline Air offers hands-on experience in modern, well-maintained aircraft across every phase of your pilot journey. From your first takeoff as a Private Pilot student to mastering advanced maneuvers and instrument procedures, each flight lesson builds the confidence and precision required for professional flying. Students train in both single- and multi-engine aircraft, progressing through day and night flying, cross-country navigation, and simulated emergency procedures. Once certified, students continue building hours as paid Certified Flight Instructors under the guidance of senior staff. Flight training also emphasizes CRM (Crew Resource Management), risk management, and decision-making, ensuring graduates meet FAA standards and airline expectations. With personalized instruction, high-quality aircraft, and structured lesson plans, Nightline Air prepares you to excel in both check-rides and real-world airline operations.
